Aarti is a psychotherapist who brings over 25 years of experience in the learning and development space. Over the years, she’s worked closely with leaders and teams across industries—and in doing so, developed a deep understanding of the stress, self-doubt, and inner conflicts that many people quietly carry. Her curiosity about what truly creates lasting, meaningful change led her to the path of psychotherapy. 

With over 600 hours of training and supervision in approaches like Transactional Analysis (TA) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Aarti now offers a calm and non-judgmental space for people to pause, reflect, and make sense of what’s going on—whether in life, work, or relationships.
