With more than 15 years in senior Human Resources roles across Banking, IT, and Real Estate, Prekshya understands first-hand the pressures leaders and professionals face. Coaching & Counselling Experience

For over five years, Prekshya has been working closely with individuals through coaching and counselling. She brings 650+ hours of specialized training in mental health and leadership, along with nearly 1,000 hours of client work. Over the years, she has supported hundreds of people in overcoming challenges, reconnecting with their strengths, and moving toward goals that truly matter to them.
