I started my career in 2003 as a software engineer and through my work, I discovered my passion of working with people. I went on to do my MBA from XLRI and thus started my career as a Human Resources(HR) Professional.
Over the last 16 years, I have managed several leadership positions in HR and I specialize in areas of Recruitment and Talent management. I have worked across global and Indian organization in industries like Banking and Financial Services, Informational Technology and Real estate in India.
16 years and 3 organizations later, I started my own entrepreneurial journey as a Career and Leadership coach in 2021.
I strongly believe that every individual deserves an opportunity to grow to their full potential and I wanted to support individuals in their professional and personal journey.
I am a Gallup-Certified Strenghts coach and ICF- Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and work extensively with clients across all levels. My clients work across organizations like Microsoft, SAP, GSK, Abu Dhabi Commercial bank, SBI and Godrej to name a few.
